M – Body width = 91 cm. Body length = 114.5cm. Sleeve width = 27 cm. Sleeve length =29.5 cm.

L – Body width = 93 cm. Body length = 114.5 cm. Sleeve width = 28 cm. Sleeve length = 29.5 cm.

Petite

Delivery

We are currently delivering to mainland UK only. All orders are tracked and a signature is required upon delivery.

Returns

We hope that you will love your kind nomad order, but if for any reason you would like to return your item/s they can be returned for a refund provided that the guidelines outlined below are observed.

1. Please contact us to authorise your return within 28 days of receipt of goods. You can contact us by email at info@kindnomad.com – please quote your order number and reason for return. A prepaid shipping label will be provided by us and emailed to you.
2. Garments should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original cloth bag.
3. All items should be returned in the original outer protective mailbag. If this is not possible then an alternative outer waterproof mailbag may be used.
4. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the mailbag, covering any existing shipping labels on the mailbag.
5. Find your nearest Royal Mail drop-off point. Please obtain proof of postage so we may track the item/s.
6. All approved returns will be credited in the original currency, account and payment method used in the original purchase. The cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds

Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. This is outside of our control. Shipping fees cannot be refunded and the cost of the returns prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.

Faulty Goods

Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We are a small business and we take every effort to thoroughly inspect each and every garment before dispatching. We cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. Please check garment care labels thoroughly prior to handling your garment. You may request a replacement or a refund once we have inspected the goods and confirmed they are faulty.
